New Relic is looking for a Compensation & HRIS Consultant to support its rapidly growing population. This role will be a key contributor in the development and implementation of New Relic's compensation strategies and HRIS operations. The successful candidate will have a track record of providing both strategic and tactical support for total rewards and HRIS management.

This position reports to the Director of People Operations and will:
--Develop innovative compensation strategies and programs that are aligned with the business
--Advise departments regarding compensation philosophy, practices, and programs; provide compensation expertise and analysis to management, recruiting, and business partners
--Prepare and execute: compensation structure, pay reviews, incentive programs, equity programs, salary surveys, benefit program analysis, and communications
--Evaluate jobs and prepare/communicate compensation ranges
--Develop and maintain job descriptions
--Drive and administer projects for global compensation, benefits, and HRIS
--Support the delivery of the compensation analysis, providing insight and analysis on trends to drive more informed HR/business decisions
--Responsible for global data integrity, data analytics, tool optimization, and audit processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting
--Build HRIS global salary ranges, grade levels, and equity guidelines
Skills and experience needed to do the job:
--5+ years experience as a Compensation Analyst
--3+ years experience with lead HRIS responsibility
--Sales and Executive compensation experience
--Experience developing total rewards philosophy and compensation communication programs
--Experience creating complex reports, dashboards, and creating/tracking effective metrics
--Experience working in a fast-paced, engineering-oriented culture
--Solid project management, organizational, and analytical skills
--Strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion
--Extremely detail oriented and customer service focused
--A Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field
--Workday implementation and optimization experience
