THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Tremor Video is looking for a highly capable Compensation Managerwho can balance strategic planning with execution. Both speed and accuracy are critical in this high growth, fast paced environment.
The primary objective of this role is to influence Tremor Video's reward & recognition strategy. This role will report to support CHRO on day to day management, analysis and successful execution of Tremor?s various compensation programs.
Being a Compensation Manager, you will be responsible providing analytical support of the annual merit increases as well as other compensation programs, designing and developing communication plans for current and new compensation plans, and manage the systems and detailed records of the plans amd programs.
Additionally, the Compensation Manager will research and analyze market practices, maintaining awareness of practices among competitors and of regulatory and business trends in executive compensation. You will coordinate with Finance, tax and legal team on accounting and regulatory aspects of these programs, assist with preparation and coordination of materials for Compensation Committee Meetings, including supporting documentation and assist with various other HR functions as needed, including (but not limited to) benefits and onboarding
