In order to reach our goals, we?re looking to hire a Compensation Manager to join our team in Washington, DC.
Develop, manage and maintain internal job evaluation process that supports cash and equity compensation benchmarking and decision-making
Support client organizations in pursuit of effective and efficient application of the company?s cash and equity programs
Develop and manage the annual compensation planning process on a global basis, end to end including program development, systems development, education and training, and change management
Partner with the recruiting organization to build best practice methodologies and tools to enhance the company?s ability to attract top talent in alignment with the company?s total rewards strategy
Develop and implement a global education and training program related to cash and equity compensation specifically, and total rewards generally
Partner with HR HRIS team and HR Ops team to ensure systems are delivered that support the goals and objectives of the total rewards team
Bachelor?s degree in related field required
5+ years of directly related experience required; broad based rewards knowledge required, experience in a global environment preferred
Ability to act independently. Experience in taking an idea and seeing it through development and implementation
Proven project/program management experience
Proven financial management understanding and experience
Demonstrates a positive attitude, promoting communication, cooperation and teamwork whenever possible
Excellent oral and written business communication and presentation skills; proven experience presenting to large groups
