DescriptionWe are recruiting for a Compensation Professional to join our People Operations department. Ping Identity was just named Technology Company of the Year by APEX. ? Work with our Chief People Officer to create and continually improve our Total
? Define and improve our equity processes
? Own and improve the companies variable pay plans
? Design and improve our sales compensation plans
? Work with our Chief People Officer on executive compensation philosophy and
? Continually improve the companies career architecture based on the needs of
? Conduct domestic and international surveys, evaluate company
competitiveness and make recommendations including cost/benefit impacts
? Analyze salaried, hourly, middle, and senior management positions and assist
managers in preparing and updating job descriptions.
? Audit for program compliance and regulatory compliance
? 7 - 8 years' experience in HR and/or Compensation demonstrating strong
knowledge of compensation theory, methodology, legislative governance
(including wage and hour regulations) compliance, tools, and processes.
? Equity process and administration experience
? Sales compensation experience
? Executive compensation experience
? Experience working with external executive compensation firms
? Demonstrated success supporting compensation programs
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
? Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
? Demonstrated critical and creative thinking skills and problem solving skills.
? Demonstrated strong research and analytical skills with ability to interpret
complex data, detect trends, draw conclusions and formulate recommendations
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel) or equivalent software
? Proficient user of HRMS software and reporting tools
