Complaint Coordinator - TEMP NovaSom
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED JOB SUMMARY:
This temporary position will perform any combination of quality support functions to include, but not limited to, total coordination of the patient complaint resolution process.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
Coordinate the activities related to complaint investigation and resolution, including assigning complaint cases to department managers for resolution; completing acknowledgement and resolution letters; maintaining complaint files according to document standard operating procedures.
Under the direction of the Quality Director, analyze complaints to determine if reportable to FDA
Responsible for ensuring complaint resolution timeliness standards are met.
Responsible for interface with patients and providers as required regarding status, process and outcomes of complaints
Prepare complaint data trending and analysis
Other duties as assigned
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient MS Excel and Word
Hands on experience QS/ISO quality systems as related to the Medical Device or Healthcare industry
Minimum of 1 ? 3 years in a quality role in an environment regulated by FDA
