COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR NetSpend

We are seeking a professional, high energy individual to be a full-time Legal Compliance Coordinator to provide support to NetSpend?s Legal and Compliance teams. The ideal candidate must be able to work closely with the General Counsel, Corporate Counsel, and Senior Paralegal in helping to ensure the effective management of the Legal Department.
Process, track, and maintain court ordered subpoenas and law enforcement requests for NetSpend Corporation and Skylight Financial.
Process, track, and maintain Restitution letters and Seizure Warrants for government and public agencies.
Process, track, and maintain compliance correspondence, including correspondence with cardholders, clients, and law enforcement.
Assist government and public agencies with informational requests pertaining to fraudulent and non-fraudulent accounts.
Track and maintain undercover accounts set up by governmental agencies for the purposes of monitoring suspects; responsible for supplying those records through court-ordered subpoenas.
Provide statistical data regarding the number of subpoenas processed, received, and completed for each month.
Previous experience auditing internal controls.
Prior experience performing due diligence on or analyzing new accounts.
Prefer experience in the banking and/or financial industry.
Must have experience with Filing, Scanning, and Copying
Must be able to work under deadlines and high volume pressure with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Interact with staff members and others encountered in the course of work.
Must be able to communicate in a clear and professional manner.
Excellent writing skills; experience developing policy manuals a plus.
College degree preferred or equivalent working experience.
MS Outlook, Word, and Excel 07 skills with attention to detail and formatting.
