Job Title: Compliance Manager
Responsibilities:
Compliance and process standardization within each assigned functional area ensuring that all standards and conformity are adhered to based on process and procedures
All aspects of Corporate Quality Assurance will be monitored and any enhancements or changes to the process will be communicated to and approved by the Quality Assurance Director and Head of the Functional Area
Ensure process, tools and systems are continuously enhanced to accommodate the compliancy needs for assigned Functional Area
Work with Functional Managers to determine failure points in the process and implement corrective solutions either through Quality Assurance or the Business
Continuously review and standardize processes to maintain consistency within and between the departments to improve efficiencies and scalability
Perform Workload Capacity Analysis and FTE evaluations for assigned functional areas working with Quality Assurance
Establish and maintain visibility to all work flowing through the Functional Area and where handoffs occur between groups
Perform functional skill set assessment and analysis with all staff members
Recommend employees to the appropriate training or service level workshops
Ensure proper training is provided to new hires and standardized training program is in place and tracked
Work with Quality Assurance to test all applications utilizing preferred test plans. Document all issues and follow up
Manage all Functional Area documentation ensuring proper detail and format is adhered to
Communicate any changes or updates effectively to the group in a standardized fashion
Run weekly Compliance spot checks within each (individual basis and overall) group performing random sampling
Identify and act upon any non-conforming issues within the process
Provide Management a monthly report of issues and action plans
Accountability for monitoring and ensuring compliance with all Service Level Agreements and internal established metrics for the functional area. Attend Client Governance meetings to present results for functional area
Transition to a fully proactive quality assurance process with preventive measures in place to ensure work completion and accuracy requirements
Responsible for Tier 2 Escalation management. Goal is to reducing the Tier 3 Escalation points
Responsible for organizing and providing weekly status report updates
Ensure staff is tracking time against projects to appropriately report VGE and Quickcomm work
Point of Contact for new implementations to ensure successful implementation and provide functional area sign off
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree and 5 year?s experience.
