As Xoom Corporation's Compliance Manager you will assist the Director of Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer on a variety of compliance/legal matters, including the preparation of critical documents necessary to comply with federal and state regulatory requirements for money transmitters.Qualifications:
5+ Years of AML compliance experience.
Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, KYC requirements.
Create, manage and periodically update our BSA/AML risk assessment model.
Lead/Participate in projects and provide support to team members.
Ensure monitoring, as an outcome of Risk Assessment, is addressed by our programs and are adequate and running properly.
Work with the compliance operations team and product teams
Perform back office transaction monitoring and analysis, as needed
Periodic Quality Assurance Checks on Compliance Program on going and new technical deployments.
Support Legal/Compliance team with regulatory inquiries/audits/applications as needed.
Participate in foreign correspondents due diligence procedure.
Ability to perform regulatory analysis, communicate with all regulating authorities, assist with all reporting requirements.
Demonstrated exceptional analytic skills, reporting skills and effective problem solving abilities, using business intelligence software experience (Hyperion or SAS preferred).
Adept in written and oral communication with all levels of management.
Must be prepared to travel (domestically and internationally) as required.
Experience in or with a Money Service Business a plus.
Some Spanish language skills preferred, but not required.
Education:
Bachelor?s degree required.
