Computer Support Specialist TeraRecon

JOB DESCRIPTION:
o Analyze and resolve complex issues associated with high-end real-time diagnostic 3D workstations and 3D streaming servers.
o Test and investigate problems related to real time volume rendering hardware engines.
o Maintain a detailed log of description of the issues and remedial actions taken in resolution of them.
o Generate a report and follow-up with engineering team on issues identified as bugs in the software.
o Design data workflow models for customers prior to installation of the high-end 3D systems employed for medical diagnostic use.

REQUIREMENTS:
Requires Masters in or related to Biomedical Engineering +12 months experience. Requires proficiency in DICOM (digital imaging and communications in medicine), which involves knowledge about DICOM standard. Also requires proficiency in use of networking commands/tools in troubleshooting issues related to data transfer across a network.
