Job Duties:Analyzing customer requirements & coming up with Solutions; Solution prototyping to gather customer feedback; Estimating, planning, & delivery management of project releases; Providing Integration support in customer labs; Preparing technical documentation for Requirements & Design phase; Providing technical guidance & participating in feature implementation phase; System verification to ensure that implemented features meet the customer requirements & expectations; Analyzing, debugging, & fixing field issues that need thorough systemic & domain specific knowledge; Technical interaction with hardware vendors to resolve vendor-specific issues; Travel to customer sites for gathering technical requirements or demonstrating company solutions.
Requirements:
Master?s degree (or academic equivalent) in Software Systems, Computer Science or closely related discipline and two years of experience in the job offered or in the related occupation of Engineering Manager or related occupation. Must have one year of experience with SS7, SIGTRAN, C/C++, Java and PHP. Position also requires travelling to customer sites for gathering technical requirements or demonstrating company solutions.
