We are looking for individuals who have a penchant for delivering exceptional customer service and who enjoy utilizing leading edge technology.
Provide prompt, effective and courteous support to customers on the use and features of Silvercar's products and services in person and also via voice/email channels.
Greet and route customers, providing way finding and educational assistance as necessary
Provide registration and reservation assistance to new customers needing to sign up for Silvercar service
Provide training and assistance on vehicle access and vehicle operations as needed
Resolve general vehicle operations issues and answer questions regarding Silvercar policies and procedures on items such as billing, fuel, insurance, damage, etc.
Assist with vehicle shuttling as necessary from storage/service center to staging, ensuring appropriate vehicle cycling, including general housekeeping of the staging areas
Provide excellent customer service support ranging from general inquiries to active customers including phone,email, and sms text to support roadside assistance routing, technical questions, driver, insurance, billing and other customer-facing policies, mobile and web app (installation and) use, technology-equipped vehicle access and interface use support, wayfinding/directions, resolving billing/charges inquiries,etc.
Other duties as assigned
Concierge Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent. College degree preferred
Hospitality industry experience is preferred.
Must have a valid state issued drivers license and be at least 19 years old.
Smart phone/tablet/technology savvy
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Professional appearance - uniforms will be provided
