Configuration Specialist
Operative, an interactive advertising industry leader, is looking for someone to join our Implementation Services group as a Configuration Specialist. You?ll be responsible for configuring our enterprise software product, Operative.One, based on specifications communicated by our Solutions Consultant team. As a Configuration Specialist, you?ll work closely with senior Solution Consultants, Product Support, Engineering, and Product Development to ensure smooth, successful implementations of Operative.One.
Each implementation represents a new challenge that will give you exposure to new clients, business issues, technologies and people and will involve a wide range of responsibilities including:
Job Responsibilities
Execution of all software configuration tasks relating to implementing the Operative.One enterprise software platform including User Interface (UI) configuration and Excel data loading.
Serves as the liaison between Senior Consultants and Tier 2 Support regarding advanced configuration tasks, issue escalation, and problem management.
Troubleshoot issues and follow up through issue resolution. Document best practices and communicate with fellow team members.
Works with senior team members to help improve internal processes to increase efficiency.
Skills/Experience:
Required Experience:
Bachelor?s degree required. Technical focus preferred
Required Skills:
Demonstrable ability to learn quickly and to remain current with a rapidly evolving industry.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on the details.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Previous experience working with Digital Advertising, Online Publishing or Interactive Media companies strongly preferred
Understanding of software development lifecycle
Experience with managing data migration/conversion projects.
