AtTask, Inc., the leading provider of work management software, has an opening for a Senior Consultant in the Global Consulting Services organization.
The Sr. Consultant is primarily responsibility for ensuring the success of our customers by effectively designing and configuring AtTask Enterprise Work Management. He or she works directly with other departments throughout AtTask to develop an outstanding professional services organization in an employee-oriented, high performance company culture. AtTask is a company that emphasizes superior quality, continuous innovation and high productivity standards.
The successful candidate will be proactive, results oriented, and business focused with the ability to work on assigned tasks, as well as independently identify additional value-added activities. In addition to strong implementation consulting skills, this role requires a leadership style and personality that will equip the consultant to guide customers to achieving full adoption, add business value in all customer interactions, and ultimately optimize the implementation process to ensure an excellent experience for customers driving high levels of customer success and retention.
Deliver high-quality consulting services to ensure the success of the customer?s AtTask implementation and go-live success.
Design and configure AtTask Enterprise Work Management solutions to achieve a customer?s defined business objectives following a standardized methodology and approach.
Develop Solution designs that promote a strategic vision as to how the AtTask solution will provide long-term value to the customer?s enterprise while solving their near-term defined business problems.
Develop detailed project plans, design documents and other project artifacts that align with the defined business requirements and strategic plan created during the sales cycle. Implement the AtTask solution end to end.
Serve as the customer?s implementation leader and AtTask mentor
Look for opportunities to expand adoption of AtTask beyond the initial implementation to solve even unrealized client problems, ultimately increasing the business value AtTask provides to the customer.
Ensure customer knows where to obtain additional assistance once their initial engagement is completed.
Share knowledge about the customer?s implementation with colleagues in other departments who will likely interact with the customer in the future (e.g. Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales, Executives)
Proactively participate in the continuous improvement of the AtTask Implementation Methodology (e.g. templates, best practices, certification programs), internal processes, and product functionality enhancements.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelors Degree or proven extensive experience required.
Minimum of 3 years project management. Minimum 2 years experience as an onsite consultant.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Ability to work on multiple tasks and able to prioritize personal workload.
Ability to develop and deliver creative business solutions for complex problems.
PMI certification a plus.
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions for at least 5 projects. (Customer references may be required as part of the interview process)
Must be willing to travel 80-90% (home on weekends)
