Opportunity Overview:
Noetix Consultant Interns have the opportunity to build the critical skills required in the Business Intelligence (BI) field and help customers deploy their BI solution based on Noetix Analytics into production. In addition, they help customers leverage their initial investment in Noetix by building custom BI solutions using our products and some of our partner products as well. By gaining knowledge of our product and the market direction, our Consultants also contribute to product enhancements, building new service solutions, and helping our Sales team with new customer opportunities.
Core Deliverables and Responsibilities:
Entry-level consultant to work alongside an experienced Noetix Analytics Consultant at a Noetix office location to learn all aspects of the Noetix Analytics product and basic Consulting skills:
Data Warehouse and Relational Database Theory and Concepts
Noetix Analytics Architecture
Noetix Analytics Content
Informatica PowerCenter ETL Programming
SQL Coding Skills
How to Troubleshoot and Support the Noetix Analytics Product
Consulting Skills
Responsibilities once basic training on Noetix Analytics product and consulting deliverables has been completed:
Resolve customer issues with the Noetix Analytics product
Deliver remote billable consulting for customer projects from the Noetix office
develop and test customizations to the product as directed by Noetix Consultants
perform data loads from source Oracle ERP systems to the Noetix Analytics data warehouse
data validation
documentation
Position Qualifications:
No experience necessary - Noetix will provide training
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Education / Training / Certification:
Working toward or completed a four-year Computer Science or Computer Management Information Systems degree is required
