Consultants are highly visible, and they design and deliver tailored enterprise content management software solutions to an expanding international customer base. As part of our unique business approach, consultants educate users and equip them with the skills to make ImageNow their own.

To prepare for your new role, you will participate in an induction program that includes attending ImageNow software training and shadowing experienced consultants in solution design and on-site software installation. Requirements

- Successfully design and implement an ImageNow software solution for a variety of different industries and customer environments. Consultants design and document functional details and share these with customers and the Perceptive Software project team.

Consultants are also responsible for all pre-implementation design activities, all onsite implementation activities, such as workflow process and custom component requirements documentation, software deployment and system administrator/end-user training. Consultants typically work with Project Managers and other Consultants on their projects. As contributing members of their project teams, Consultants prepare the customer for the onsite implementation and they help control project scope. Consultants are also expected to thoroughly document all functional aspects of system implementations and to communicate accomplishments and issues to Project Managers on a daily/weekly basis.
Qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, along with strong organizational and presentation abilities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, analytical and possesses excellent troubleshooting skills and leadership qualities.
- A college degree (a technical curriculum is preferred)
- The ability to work on many projects and project teams simultaneously
- Understanding of relational database concepts
- Understanding of Windows operating systems
- Valid Drivers license

Priority consideration will also be given to candidates who possess a college degree in a technical curriculum, and whose resumes clearly demonstrate candidates knowledge and experience in the following:

- Application software: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access), Lotus Notes, MS Visio, MS Project
- Operating systems: UNIX (Solaris, HP/UX, AIX, Linux)
- Understanding of network connectivity
- Internet technologies: JRun and Tomcat web servers, IIS
- Programming concepts: JavaScript, VBScript, SQL, COM, HTML, XML, XSL, JSP
- ERP software: Lawson, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP
- Sectors: Health Care, Financial Services, Higher Education, Human Resources, or Accounts Payable experience is a plus
- Other duties as assigned.

Travel

- Up to 75 travel
- Travel schedule may vary based on business need.
