The Consulting Manager position requires extensive experience in the field of Treasury and Risk Management combined with outstanding leadership, communication, presentation, customer service,analytical and project-management skills. Individuals must possess excellent business and financial savvy, as wellas experience with resource allocation, revenue and team utilization management. The primary responsibility is ownership and accountability for the delivery of Treasury and Risk Management implementations in North America. The Consulting Manager?s other primary focus will be working very closely with the Sales team on pre-sales activities on prospects on understanding requirements, putting together estimates and crafting a Statement of Work. The Consulting Manager will initially have between 3 ? 5 direct reports. Reports to the Director of Professional Services, North America.

Products and Services To Clients
Establishing Best Practices for Treasury Management Implementations
Grow and Evolve Into A Subject Matter Expert On The Reval TRM Solution
Coordinate With Reval Functional Teams (Prod Mgt, Dev, CS, Sales, and Prod Support) to Manage Client Issues In A Timely and Effective Manner
Monitor at the Project & Portfolio Level; Budget, Schedule, Resource Allocation, Scope, and Client Satisfaction
Responsible for Resource Planning, Revenue, Forecasting and Budgeting for North America Professional Services Team
Lead and Attend Stakeholder and Steering Committee Meetings with Reval Executive Sponsors (CEO, CTO, EVP)
Review and Approve Project Time
Participate In Strategy and TaskForce Meetings for Reval TRM Solution.
Managing, Recruiting, Evaluating and Mentoring A Team Of Project Managers
Responsible For Goal Setting, Mid-Year and Year-End Reviews for Direct Reports
Champion and Encourage The Promotion and Delivery of Practices Which Drive Up Customer Satisfaction Through All Aspect of the Business.
Responsible for Pre-Sales Scoping Sessions Working with Sales Representatives and Solutions Consultants to Gather Requirements and Provide Estimates for Implementations
Responsible For Developing and Crafting Statement of Work With Pre-Sale for Prospects
Directly Involved in Growing Cash Team at Reval for TRM Deployments
Advise PMO Office on Best Practice Methods on Documentation, Implementation Process, Resourcing Requirements for TRM Implementations
Responsible for Recruiting and Hiring New Talent to Join Professional Services Team
Bachelor Degree, BS/BA Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting & Finance, Economics Or Equivalent
10 Years Functional Experience Or 5 Full Lifecycle Implementations Of Major ERP or Treasury Management Systems
Strong Customer Support Skills With Demonstrated Ability Effectively Dealing With Escalated Customer Concerns.
Prior Experience Implementing Or Using Other Treasury Management Systems Would Be An Big Advantage (e.g. IT2; Wall Street; Kyriba; City Financials; SunGard)
A Solid Background And Understanding Of Cash Management, Bank Account Management, Cash Positioning and Forecasting, Liquidity Management, System Integration, Payments and Payment Interfaces.
Project Management, Team Lead and Implementation Consulting Experience
Approximately 10 Years? Experience With Financial Products In A Sales, Support, Development, or Consulting Environment
40% - 50% travel required. Some International Travel maybe required as well.
