Job Profile
SUMMARY: The Consulting Operations Analyst's primary role will be to assist the consulting management team (line manager, practice managers, and project managers) with the day to day operational management of a consulting line of business. This would include project set up, project maintenance, reporting, troubleshooting, planning and forecasting, pipeline tracking, contract management and approvals, contractor processing, and administration of internal processes and policies.
This role will working with a team of Operations professionals who support the sales and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle from opportunity management through contract processing and through delivery and project closure.
This role is also responsible for working closely with an analytics and reporting team to help facilitate and provide data for reporting to help the consulting leadership team effectively manage their business based on backward and forward views of performance, including related to sales pipeline, sales performance, backlog, utilization, and other key metrics. Candidate will help ensure that Managers and consultants are providing data that it is accurate and reliable.
This position requires a strong communicator who can juggle the many different aspects of the role. The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented and able to adjust quickly in a fast paced environment.
