Summary of Responsibilities:
The Consulting Services Operations manager is responsible for managing the key reporting and data analysis for the group. This individual will have to a strong analytical mind and ability to identify leading trends, opportunities and threats to the organization. This role is a critical role in the professional organization because it will compile the monthly and quarterly reporting metrics for the BU: Reporting on: P&L backlog, capacity realization, average engagement size, project profitability capacity planning, business modeling.
Primary Responsibilities and Objectives
Manage professional services operational processes: time and billing, expense tracking, customer and partner contracts
Participate in the review, selection and rollout of PSA:
Facilitate the field on PSA
Work with finance on integrations, revenue recognition, project milestone and profitability
Manage SFDC reporting on key metrics: seats deployed, revenue, bookings, utilization, projects closed
Own the analysis and roll out customer satisfaction results
Own project QA and audit
Managing project accounting and milestone tracking to ensure proper revenue recognition
Work cross functionally with Finance and Sales Operations
Actively participate in Annual budget planning
Consulting Partner Program Operations:
Research and recommend partner portal
Build out the operation requirement for partner program: contract management, invoicing, skills matrix, resume repository,
Skills and Requirements
10 + years of professional services experience
10 + years of project management experience
Excellent skills and experience in business analytics
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills
Possess good computer skills.
Expertise in SFDC
Solid organizational skills and team liaison skills.
Demonstrate success in a service oriented/customer facing role.
