Consulting Partner & Ecosystem Leader Profile

Specifically, we are looking for individuals who have consistently exceeded their quotas and objectives by promoting and selling complex solutions through ecosystem and channel partner strategies.
Intelligence, integrity and a fire-in-the-belly are all table stakes for this role. In addition, the selected candidate will have proven success in using innovation and proven executive experience to motivate partners to invest and build market-making Accolade practices and solutions.
Consulting Partner & Ecosystem Leader Responsibilities
The top three benefits consulting firms (e.g., Mercer, Towers Watson & Aon Hewitt) have considerable influence at our existing customer and prospective customer organizations. Building strong, productive relationships with these partner firms will be vital to Accolade?s growth. Our Consulting Partner & Ecosystem Leader will be responsible for responsible for optimizing and driving our partnership / channel strategy.
Success with these consulting firms will be measured both nationally and regionally; ensuring we have investment and support at the national practice levels, while helping to secure regional and account level support to aid our Employer Partner customer support and regional sales efforts.
Working closely with Sales and Solution Management, our Consulting Partner & Ecosystem Leader will be responsible for helping to explore and identify new partnerships that will accelerate our sales efforts and help us to scale into new markets, new market segments (e.g., middle market), and new service / solution areas.
The Consulting Partner & Ecosystem Leader will have upside associated with Accolade?s collaboration and involvement in providing differentiated services associated with the health care exchanges.
BS/BA required, MA/MBA a plus
10 years + of consistent over-achievement in building productive ecosystems to help sell complex solutions and/or services.
Proven track record in forging those complex formal partnerships in a net new solutions business environment (vs. an established solution targeting an existing customer base).
Senior executive experience and highly leverageable relationships at Mercer, Towers Watson and/or Aon Hewitt, which point to a clear near term ability to accelerate our partnering efforts at each of these firms.
Extensive knowledge and experience in the health services / benefits industry and healthcare exchange strategies is strongly preferred
Intellectual agility to create win:win scenarios with partners, answering the question ?what?s in it for them?? and crafting sustainable, accretive alliances
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, process, enhance and communicate Accolade?s customer value proposition to and for partners
Extremely strong written and interpersonal skills
