We?re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team! This isn?t a typical call center Customer Service job. VISANOW Customer Support Specialists are advocates for our customers and help them to use our online web application?and customers love us for it. The VISANOW Customer Support team is passionate about improving the legal services experience for our customers and works hard to make it a reality.

Helping new customers understand how to use their online accounts
Answering questions via phone and email about billing, web app usage, and general processes
Proactively contacting customers to offer support
Collecting and acting on customer feedback
Maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and making customers love you
1-3 years of customer-facing experience
Great people skills and a desire to provide best-in-class service
Excellent written communication skills (perfect grammar and spelling, can explain complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner)
Excellent verbal communication skills (can diffuse tense situations, create relationships with customers, and speak naturally and professionally over the phone)
Ability to stay positive and focused in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Spanish or another foreign language is preferred
