Cardlytics is looking for an entrepreneurial customer engagement manager to develop and drive customer marketing and engagement initiatives from inception through execution. The successful candidate has experience in digital consumer products, developing marketing programs, and collecting and understanding customer insights. He or she must thrive with cross-functional teams, and exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Drive customer adoption and engagement with our products by developing detailed marketing plans and engagement initiatives based on product analytics
Own delivery of marketing and engagement initiatives
Collaborate closely with and influence our bank partners to adopt plans
Lead cross-functional efforts to implement engagement initiatives
Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements and testing plans for initiatives
Communicate and document best practices and impact of initiatives
Perform market research and analysis as needed
Requirements
BA/BS degree
2-5 years of experience in management consulting or consumer marketing at leading companies
Natural leader with proven ability to innovate
Proactive, entrepreneurial, self-starter
Strong analytical ability and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Passion for digital consumer products
