Consumer Experience Analyst WhiteFence
WhiteFence, one of the fastest growing companies in Houston, currently has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, business-focused, service-minded individual to join our dynamic company as a Consumer Experience Analyst. The Conversion Optimization works with our service providers and channel partners to gather pertinent data and present it on our system so that the customer can easily find and order all the best home services available at their residence. The analyst utilizes our internal applications and works closely with our technical team to present the data according to ecommerce best practices and has the opportunity to present their own creative ideas regarding presentation. This entry level position offers the opportunity to learn the business from the foundation and contribute on a meaningful level.
Responsibilities
Presenting the service in a way that maximizes the customer?s user experience
Analyzing data, order volume and user behavior to determine potential revenue opportunities
Implementing and analyzing site enhancements and effects on order conversion
Meeting with clients to present modifications, findings, and best practices
Working closely with our technical team to improve and maintain offering data
Requirements
College degree in marketing, finance, accounting, MIS, or communications preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Strong analytic reasoning
Ability to manage time and prioritize projects based on importance and urgency
