What you?ll do
As a Consumer Insights Jr. Researcher, you will find impactful insights into end-user needs through quantitative/qualitative research. This is a critical role in shaping our current businesses and helping Belkin succeed in new categories.
How you?ll do it
Assist in identifying the best methods to find and validate functional and emotional insights.
Design, program, and analyze quantitative research including fielding concept tests, packaging communication surveys, etc.
Perform statistical analysis using available computer software packages.
Assist in qualitative research such as ethnographic studies, focus groups, online research groups, etc.
Effectively communicate and interpret results through written reports and presentations.
Fulfill responsibilities under ISO 9001 and 14001; understand and fully support IS0 system.
What you?ll need
Demonstrate a strong skill set in quantitative research methods and knowledge of the trade-offs associated with each method; Experience using statistical packages like SPSS preferred.
Skilled in translating business needs into questions/hypothesis for research
Ability to manage multiple projects and aggressive timelines.
Understanding of how to partner with qualitative researchers to optimize or validate quantitative findings.
3-5 years experience conducting quantitative/qualitative research projects with Consumer Packaged Goods or Consumer Electronics.
BA/BS in experimental psychology, anthropology, psychology, sociology or related field.
Domestic travel may be required
