THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are looking for an experienced Consumer Marketing Manager to join our ever-expanding team here at 7digital.
This individual will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Music Programming, Product, and Business Development to effectively acquire, activate and retain 7digital consumers in our international markets. Charisma, creativity and strategic thinking are essential to this role.
The successful candidate will have notable experience in consumer marketing with a strong digital track record. They will have a sense of ownership and follow through, and be passionate about driving awareness and acquisition of 7digital?s consumer services. You will be an organised individual with excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and a highly positive and proactive attitude. This role requires a high level of technical marketing expertise.

?Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns that identify primary target audiences and delivering best-in-class content and solutions through direct and third-party channels
?Rigorous understanding and continual pursuit of relevant insight of the target audience
?Planning and conducting customer research to drive future product and business development
?Devising strategies to attract, activate and retain drive customers to our music services
?Identifying and liaising with potential third party partners
?Work closely with 7digital Music Programming teams to drive the music industry agenda within consumer marketing initiatives
?Utilising a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
?Responsibility for guiding local territory team managing daily social media activity (Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram)
?Managing all paid search and display programs & tracking conversion rates
?Web analytics and reporting
?Sharing of customer knowledge and insight with the wider business
?Defining and regular reporting on KPIs
?BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant experience)
Skills & Experience
?At least 3 years? experience managing consumer digital marketing programs
?Experience in customer insight, segmentation and targeting
?Must be an articulate professional with excellent oral and written communication skills
?Previous experience in a similar music marketing roll desirable
?Deep experience/knowledge with PPC, SEO and social media (in particular Adwords and Admob or Flurry)
?Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
?Google Analytics knowledge
?Experience with wordpress, mailchimp
?Very strong communication & reporting skills including verbal, writing, powerpoint, excel
?Highly proactive, enthusiastic and positive ? acts with a sense of urgency and takes ownership to see your projects through
?Good understanding of PR concepts to drive interest in the 7digital brand
?A passion for music is essential.
