LOCATION: Piqua
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and enhance Evenflo?s business and product reputation
Ability to communicate with our consumers in a patient and courteous manner
Respond and resolve consumer?s questions and issues quickly and effectively within departmental standards
Utilize scripted answers to consumer questions when applicable
Display the ability to maintain departmental standards
Any other assignments necessary to the accomplishment of the objectives as determined by management
SKILLS DESIRED:
Commitment to achieving the highest quality of service to our consumers
High School Diploma or GED required ? college a plus
Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing
Ability to work with a flexible schedule including evenings
Demonstrate the ability to perform well in a multi-tasked environment
Strong problem solving and reasoning skills
Prior customer service experience
Proficient computer knowledge working with a database
