This position is located in Carrollton, Georgia. The Junior Business Analyst will gather the requirements to help define solutions for the execution and delivery of the Provider Services projects. The Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting and documenting requirements, use cases and designs in a format appropriate for the intended audience. The Business Analyst serves as a source of knowledge for other departments in the company regarding Greenway?s product designs and our users? needs.The qualified candidate must have a BA or BS or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Excellent analytical skills required.
Must work well both independently and in a team environment.
Must be willing to learn new skills & tools.
Working knowledge of Windows required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Familiarity with software development processes and defect tracking tools is a plus.
