CallCopy, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Contact Center Consultant. The Contact Center Consultant?s primary responsibilities are centered on developing, delivering, and supporting/directing others in development and delivery of education and education materials for CallCopy?s suite of products and contact center operations. Position traditional and new media education offerings as a revenue--?generating channel for CallCopy and CallCopy partners.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Provide dynamic and interactive instructor--?led, live and remote training sessions as purchased by CallCopy clients
Mentor colleagues in their delivery of end--?user education
Manage scheduled training events through SF.com and GoToTraining
Work to learn and conduct ProServices engagements with customers; including - needs analysis, creating of SOW documents, hands on work, and follow-up appointments
Work with the appropriate parties to grow the SF.com Customer Portal; including ? Ideas, Answers, contributing to and writing Articles, adding/monitoring user licenses, and creating customer facing videos
Assisting with Support cases as appropriate
Qualifications:
College degree preferred, high school diploma with similar work experience will also be considered
Working knowledge of contact center operations
Working knowledge of call recording platforms, WFM software, Speech Analytics software, Survey tools
Experience in facilitation and training of internal and external customers
The ability to adapt to changing situations with poise and composure
Thinking on your feet
Drawing quick, accurate conclusions based on available data and information provided
Multi-tasking
Time management skills
