We?re looking for a group of amazingly brilliant Content Curators to find and tag the content for our open platform?which allows any user, anywhere in the world, to create or discover an adaptive learning experience. Your job will be to seed the platform with content and empower communities of users to add to that base. You will make pedagogical connections between biology and chemistry, 6th-grade writing and 7th-grade writing, word problems and word games, to name a few.
In the process, you?ll interact with our Adaptive Instruction, Data Science, Design, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams. You?ll develop a whole new vocabulary and a set of skills you never knew existed.

Responsibilities:
Classify, ingest, and tag the universe of educational content
Help build courses and learning experiences from this content base to demonstrate the power of adaptive learning
Collaborate with the Product team on tools that make this process scalable
Work with Data Science and Adaptive Instruction teams to enable large-scale approaches to leveraging technical and human capital
QA adaptive recommendations to ensure efficacy
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor?s or Master?s degree; Master?s degree in education or library sciences a plus
Familiarity with educational standards and taxonomies
Exceptional communication skills and scrupulous attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and capacity to communicate in cross-functional groups
Good quantitative and logical skills
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
