RingCentral is looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to help drive our content marketing efforts. You will be responsible for the day-to-day collaboration and development of key programs and tasks. You?ll collaborate with team members in product marketing, demand-generation and channel marketing departments. You thrive on delivering results for the business and having a direct impact to the business.
You?ve got MAD skills:
Content Marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience and a proven portfolio
Analytical, extremely detailed oriented with the ability to define plans and processes that create order and efficiency.
Well versed in content strategy principles and can move from strategy to tactical plans with ease.
Top-notch experience working with clients and companies in both an agency environment and corporate environment.
Love order and can roll up your sleeves and get the job done, demonstrating strong attention to detail and display a passion for creative thinking.
Work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
Breaking down complex ideas and tough business requirements into simple yet effective content.
Think conceptually, define a strategy, create a plan and make it all come to life. Get it done.
A passion for crafting content that helps engage customers and build innovative brands.
Demonstrated experience defining and leading programs
A clear understanding of the customer buying lifecycle and how to use personas to define and prioritize the right message with the right content types for online and offline consumption
A strong command of print, digital, mobile and social media designs including successful approaches to create winning experiences for each channel.
Experience in developing messaging platforms that support online/offline ideas with an eye to integrate big ideas through various mediums.
Access to best practices for the use of content in both online and offline channels in creating content including collateral, email, web, video, and mobile.
An industry-leading portfolio that you are proud to showcase.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
