OneSpot looking for a computer savvy content manager to work on account setup, management, and reporting. As a member of our content management team, you will focus on creating and managing communities, topics,and publications like widgets and headlines pages. You will work on maintaining content quality, as well as curate content for various accounts. The ideal candidate has a broad range of interests and can pick up content verticals quickly and easily.This position will also report daily analytics on pageviews, clicks, ad impressions, etc. to spreadsheets, as well as create graphs and interpret data for reporting to clients.
Hours are flexible and can be done from anywhere. If you enjoy working with broad content variety, analytics, in a flexible work environment, this is the job for you.
Primary Responsibilities:
Create communities, topics, and publications for demos and clients
Search for sources and RSS feeds for communities
Manage and curate content across clients and content verticals
Report daily analytics of products to spreadsheets
Create graphs of content and ad metrics for client presentations
Requirements:
Experience with web syndication technologies, including RSS, XML, Atom feeds
Above-average Excel skills
Experience interpreting analytics and data Interest in reading content in a variety of subject areas
Strong web and computer skills (internet, email, Microsoft Office, etc. no coding req.)
Journalism or blog experience optional
Flexible hours, but must adhere to deadlines.
