BiddingForGood, the leading online fundraising auction platform is hiring a Content Marketing Associate to join our team. We compete in the $16 billion charity auction market with a mission of changing silent auctions through online and mobile technology. Currently over 6,000 schools / non-profits and 330,000 consumers use our platform to transact cause-based commerce which has helped raise millions for all types of causes.
Position responsibilities:
Write/create content for website, email campaigns, blog, sales collateral
Contribute to social media and blog efforts of the company
Support VP/Marketing and CEO on Press Relations
Help plan and manage marketing events for the company
General marketing support on a range of projects
Requirements for qualified candidates:
Excellent writer
Project management skills
Successful self-starter and team player
Ability to write and think quickly
Solid attention to detail
Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, marketing or communications
2-4 years experience in marketing role
Proficiency in PowerPoint
Preferred but not required:
Media relations experience
Event planning experience
Partner marketing experience
Basic design experience with the Adobe Suite
