Content Marketing Manager StrongMail Systems

Working closely with marketing, account management and sales, this person will play a key role in identifying, developing and distributing compelling content based on customer successes, marketing best practices, industry trends and thought leadership opportunities.

Director of Marketing Communications
Develop sales collateral, including success guides, white papers and thought leadership pieces. Create the content, and manage their design and distribution.
Identify and develop compelling client stories that can be used to build case studies, video pieces, press releases and media pitches.
Act as a key contributor to the StrongMail Blog, developing posts that succinctly convey our differentiation and positioning.
Develop multiple visual creative content formats to tell our story in new and innovative ways, such as infographics, videos, presentation, assessments, etc.
Work with product marketing to develop webinars, and repurpose that webinar content into video clips, SlideShare decks, blog posts, etc.
Work as a core contributor to the StrongMail sales enablement process, interfacing with the field teams to understand content and tools requirements, and working cross-functionally to deliver against those requirements.
Manage the StrongMail social media channels and promote and share thought leadership content within them.
Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries from prospect, clients, press and analysts.
5+ years of B2B marketing experience in product marketing or content marketing roles.
1-2 years of social media management experience.
Relevant experience marketing enterprise software; Business Intelligence, CRM or SaaS.
Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills, and the desire to push the envelope of content marketing.
Ability to think both creatively and analytically to problem solve and present information in a clear and meaningful way to an audience.
Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Videography (lights, sound) and video post production skills a strong plus.
