Responsibilities
Order Execution & Support
Own and manage the order fulfillment and execution
Determine project task estimates, deadlines, and deliverables, simultaneously working on several projects
Improve efficiency in delivery and overall productivity by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in tools, training and processes
Identify and Implement strategies to improve the efficiency of delivery and overall operations of the team
Regular communication with clients regarding status of delivery, resolution on issues etc.
Monitor, resolve or escalate project interdependencies and issues, both internal and external to the business unit
Sales Support
Assist in client scoping calls for the content integration service offering
Manage the execution of daily deliverables based on prioritizing client needs
Provide content and competency related product demos to clients and prospects
Support sales and marketing efforts for the content portal and catalog
Partner Management
Maintain relationships with content partners
Responsible for content review portal
Manage constantly evolving partner catalogs
Responsible for new vendor integration
Test integration of online content and competencies on CSOD?s integrated talent management suite
Required Skills and Experience
B.A/B.S or equivalent experience with technical or software experienceSP1
Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote
Effective project management and organizational skills, specifically managing multiple concurrent projects
Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills, applied with a solution-focused attitude
Excellent written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to write with purpose, clarity, and accuracy
Strong self-directed work habits, exhibiting initiative, drive, creativity, maturity, self-assurance and professionalism
Must be able to demonstrate a high level of integrity, accomplished leadership, and a passion for superior customer service at all levels
Knowledge of the e-Learning Industry preferred
