Who We Want:
The Content Services Coach is responsible to coaching a team of content analysts in order to improve moderation quality and client satisfaction.
Internal candidates only. Must currently be employed as a content analyst at Bazaarvoice to be considered for the position.
Key Job Responsibilities
Coach new hires and tenured moderators on moderation skills and best practices.
Report regularly on progress toward key moderation quality goals.
Attend all required training sessions, teleconferences, and ?all-hands? meetings.
Hold regular coaching calls with individuals as well as organize and hold group conferences in order to improve quality metrics.
Attend weekly coaching team meeting (in-person preferred; remotely an option in some cases).
Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role:
Background:
Authorization to work in the United States, resident of TX, CA, CO, IL, or NY
A flexible work schedule, which includes the ability to work some common holidays and weekends.
A solid track record as a moderator, including maintaining a low failure rate and completing full assignments.
Basic Skills:
Proficiency with e-mail applications, online messaging services and forums, and Web applications, including Firefox.
Proficiency with Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Exceptional communication skills.
Job Skills:
The ability to adapt to our and our clients? changing business needs
Ideal Candidate Will:
Speak French with native fluency.
Speak German with native fluency.
Have a teaching or training background.
Live in Austin.
