Contract Administrator Bomgar
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Position Summary: The Contracts Administrator coordinates and reviews the formulation and finalization of contracts as required in coordination with management and legal staff. Research and prepare analysis as required.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Responsible for coordinating all contract reviews for sales and vendors:
Work with all departments to finalize contract negotiations
Maintain master files (database) of all company contracts
Input base information of all contracts into the cooperate database
Draft, coordinate, and maintain files on all assignment documents
Coordinate negotiations and maintain files for non-disclosure agreements
Manage the relationships with landlords and building management for various Bomgar offices
Assist in forecasting space needs
Work with new and existing landlords and leasing agents on new or revised leases
Review and manage overhead and operating costs for facilities
Assist in coordinating facilities plans with IT and other areas of the company
Administer and supervise contract monitoring, contract administration and compliance.
Assist Risk Manager as needed on Due Diligence and IP issues
Process insurance certificate requests
Instruct coworkers on legal processes and protocol as needed
Provide feedback to Legal team and assist in updating core legal documents
Conduct special projects as assigned
Develop and prepare regular reports on the status of contracts
Develop, recommend and coordinate the implementation of new procedures for the assigned functions.
Education / Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, plus three (3) years? experience in the preparation, administration and monitoring of contracts.
High level of business acumen
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Effective decision-making ability
Process analysis and process improvement skills
Tenacity to accomplish tasks, follow-through and meet deadlines
Technologically competent in computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office, Smartphones, internet browsers, etc.
Project management skills such as managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Research skills, through such sources as the internet, printed materials, and expert sources
Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to work with integrity at all times
Eagerness to take initiative and to take on responsibilities to optimize the team?s effectiveness
