Contract Administrator Modular Space Corporation

The primary function of the Contract Administrator role is to ensure all lease and sale agreements are completed accurately, that all necessary supporting documentation (such as proof of insurance, evidence of tax exempt status, etc.) is obtained for our files and to ensure that the contract details are properly entered into the lease or sale servicing system(s). The successful performance of these duties will include frequent interface with the customer, the field sale organization, the field operations organization, the Inside Sales team, the Legal/Contracts team, and other internal departments as necessary.
The Contract Administrator:
Receives, checks in, and validates all new sale and lease agreements
Pursues correction of any errors and obtains any missing information on lease and sale agreements
Follows up for any needed supporting documentation, including but not limited to proof of insurance, tax exemption documents, credit applications, personal guarantees, and etc.
Completes data entry of contract into the lease or sale servicing system(s)
Scans, images, and/or saves all originations documents in an electronic format readily accessible to the entire business
Maintains process statistics and tracks open items to ensure all cycle time metrics are met
Provides ongoing follow-up with customers, salespersons, and other field personnel as needed to resolve open matter relating to origination packages
Completes other special projects as required
Performs other duties as assigned
A successful candidate has/is:
A college degree or prior contracts administration experience
A minimum of 2 years prior customer service or contracts experience, preferably in a commercial environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) with a demonstrated typing accuracy of a minimum of 35 words per minute
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A high degree of professionalism
Keen listening skills and the ability to persuade others
Ambitious, goal-orientated, and self-motivated
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
The ability to work effectively in a team environment or as an individual contributor
Due to the district that may be assigned to you, your work schedule may start and end anytime between 8 am and 8 pm ET Monday through Friday.
