As a Contract Administrator with contractual and legal experience you will be responsible for providing superior
administrative and contract administrator support for the Senior Director of Operations, the Payer Markets and
Reimbursements Staff, Executive Office, and other management-level staff. Individual must be detail-oriented, friendly,
customer-focused and have the desire to excel in our rapidly growing, fast-paced group. Candidate must have top-notch
administrative skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Must be able to multi-task throughout each busy day.
This person must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload. Candidate must be a reliable, well
spoken, and highly organized administrative professional with exceptional follow-through on all delegated tasks.
? Under supervision of Senior Director of Operations (SDO), prepare and type contractual/legal
applications/certifications/contracts and administrative correspondence and documents
? Maintain paper and computer files and databases
? Provide executive administrative support to the Payer Market staff, Executive Office and other management-level
? Maintain a master calendar of time sensitive deadlines and meet required deadlines
? Assist SDO with routine administrative projects or assignments and help manage the company?s administrative
? Answer, screen and handle in-bound and out-bound phone calls as assigned and as back up to the receptionist.
? Maintain e-mail correspondence as a part of the position and as directed by the SDO
? Perform clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, as well as opening and distributing incoming mail and
? Handle requests for information and data; resolve administrative problems and inquiries
? Write letters, correspondence, e-mails; prepare written materials for distribution
? Prepare and modify documents, including spreadsheets, reports, drafts, correspondence, etc.
? Prepare agendas for meetings and record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
? High School diploma required; college degree preferred
? Must have a strong background in the legal and/or contractual field
? Must have robust knowledge of legal and contract terminology
? High proficiency in written and verbal communications, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff in
an energetic/high-pressure, time-sensitive work environment
? High proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
? Demonstrated expertise in writing skills, editing skills, proofreading, and document creation
? Must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
? Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
? Must have exceptional ability to multi-task
? Must exhibit strong self-confidence with a friendly, professional demeanor
? Must be analytical, flexible, innovative, and self-motivated
Must have the flexibility to work extra hours to meet departmental goals
