Remedi is in an industry that is growing, with a proven technological innovation that will revolutionize the way medication is delivered to residents in long term care settings.
This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting:
Working closely with managers to assess staffing needs and ensure that requisitions are opened efficiently.
Sourcing, qualifying and recruiting candidates through various means including Job Boards, Social networking sites (LinkedIn), Employee referrals, and various other resources.
Facilitate the interview/offer process from beginning to end. Work with HR to onboard candidates.
The duration for this position is about 6-12 months, but there is also a potential opportunity for the role to become permanent.
2-3 years recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting.
Experience pharmacy staffing is highly preferred.
You must be detail oriented, organized, articulate, influential in your communication style and able to multi task.
