Contract Recruiter Craftsy
Craftsy?s People Team is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our team for 3-6 months (there may be the possibility for extension or full time conversion in the future). Craftsy is growing in 2014 and we're looking for someone to help us find and hire the best people to help us achieve our goals. Our Contract Recruiter will need to care about our people, company and culture in order to recruit and hire for our team. This is not a transactional, fill the job, and fill it now kind of role?relationships and engagement matter! We looking for a Contract Recruiter who wants to contribute to our success by finding and onboarding exceptional talent across our unique teams and who can do so in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment.
As our Contract Recruiter you will:
Take the lead on recruiting activities for assigned open roles?that means strategically posting (and managing those postings!), sourcing (proactively and reactively, but actively!), screening (interview skills a must), coordinating/facilitating (interviews, travel), communicating (a lot, with many people), documenting (letters, paperwork, and agreements both in and out of systems)
Tell the Craftsy story to candidates to help them understand our culture, our company and our brand above and beyond the job duties
Work closely with hiring managers and teams to facilitate, drive and ensure a quality recruiting experience for them and our candidates
Partner with the Director of People and our Recruiter throughout the hiring process
Your background likely includes, but is not necessarily limited to:
Several years in-house full life-cycle recruiting experience at a company where culture and talent were a priority
Ability to follow recruiting process/procedures in systems, with templates, etc. with a high level of execution
Experience at a company or firm known for recruiting leaders and innovators in business, creative and technical disciplines
Familiarity with other HR functional content?e.g. compensation, benefits, etc.
Demonstrated ability to work, deliver and succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative/team environment
Knowledge and expertise in applicant tracking systems, Google Docs, Gmail and similar tools
Excellent communication skills across various channels (in person, email, via phone) with diverse groups of people
Experience fulfilling a similar role or working in environment where attitude, enthusiasm and energy were as important as the tasks
Other skills, certifications, experience and education that contribute toward your willingness to succeed in the above!
