POSITION SUMMARY
The Contract Corporate Recruiter is responsible for conducting full-cycle recruiting and providing the highest level of staffing services to the organization by partnering with human resources generalists, hiring managers, and senior leadership, developing sourcing strategies for specific hiring needs within tight time frames, and building on ongoing candidate pipeline using research, networking, database information, and other recruiting sources.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions:
Recruit for all types and levels of positions within the Company
Provide leadership in the critical area of recruitment by developing the most creative and cost-effective program to recruit high-quality candidates
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting vendors, job fairs, college recruiting, and employee referrals
Source and pre-screen for qualified candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, arrange for candidate travel
Provide quality feedback to hiring managers and collect feedback from interviewing team to assist in making hiring decisions
Handle all job postings (internally and externally)
Participate in career fairs and on-site college interviewing
Negotiate recruiting vendor agreements and maintain vendor relationships
Communicate offers of employment to successful candidates
Develop and maintain applicant flow for key positions
Develop and implement college recruiting and internship programs
Additional Responsibilities:
Manage all recruiting-related reports and projects
Partner with HR generalists and management on current and future staffing needs for critical positions
Maintain current knowledge of industry employment trends in benefits, compensation, and employment practices and recommend to the HR manager any policy or procedural changes that may affect applicant quality or applicant flow
Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other relevant employment laws
Utilize and maintain the recruitment module of the HRIS to manage the applicant flow and provide EEO/applicant flow reports to the HR manager on a regular basis
Provide recruiting updates to the HR manager on a regular basis
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Licenses, and Certifications:
Bachelor?s degree in human resources or a related field is required
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a small to mid-sized corporate matrix organization in the technology field
Experience using social networking sites and job boards to recruit candidates
Experience recruiting on a national, and multi-location level
Critical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of relevant employment laws such as ADA, EEO, and Affirmative Action
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation, and benefits
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in order to communicate with different levels of management
Possess excellent presentation, organization, and time management skills
Must be able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Must be detail-oriented and analytical
Must be able to maintain high degree of confidentiality
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Must be self-motivated with outstanding work ethic
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS OR INFORMATION
Knowledge and understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and execution
Demonstrate proficiency using Microsoft Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
Must be able to travel as needed
Global recruiting experience a plus
