We are seeking a Contract Recruiter for our company headquarters located in Louisville, Colorado. The Contract Recruiter will perform full cycle recruiting efforts to acquire top talent to join the Market Force team. This position requires strategic recruiting skills, business acumen and creativity. Also required are strong time management skills and the ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Works with management to understand position requirements and develops job descriptions and scorecards
Advertises and sources for postings including executive, sales and technical positions
Schedules interviews with in-house clients, interviews candidates using behavior based interview techniques, obtains feedback and provides recommendations regarding candidates
Conducts reference and background checks on potential hires
Makes recommendations as to whether or not candidates should be hired and works with management to determine terms of offer and delivery of both verbal and written offer
Tracks and reports metrics associated with recruiting efforts
Requirements:
Tracks and reports metrics associated with recruiting efforts
3 - 5years recruiting experience with significant focus on sales and technical positions
Expert in candidate sourcing to include: local resources, nationwide advertising options, social networking, database searching, prospecting, etc
Ability to effectively engage candidates and get them excited about the Market Force story
Solid understanding of relevant employment laws
Understands and utilizes behavioral based interviewing techniques
Excellent PC skills including experience with an applicant tracking system
Superior negotiation skills
Exceptional written and oral communication skills and attention to detail
Dynamic, energetic individual with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
