THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Qvidian, a market leader in cloud-based sales execution solutions, has an opening for a part or full-time, Contract Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a high-impact role in a fast-growing company with notable customers. We are a privately-held company with offices in Chelmsford, Massachusetts and Cincinnati Ohio. This contract opportunity will begin as a 3 month contract with an opportunity to be extended through the year and is based in our Chelmsford, MA office.
The Contract Recruiter is responsible for providing the highest level of recruiting service to hiring managers. Successful candidates must demonstrate a history of delivering high quality professionals at all levels while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.
Collaborate and assist hiring mangers on recruiting needs
Leverage recruiting resources including online, networking, and cold calling of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
Review resumes and credentials and telephone screen candidates for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirement
Maintain proper procedures with in-house Applicant Tracking System (Applicant Stack) to track and record all candidates and requisitions
Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates including the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams
Perform detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and review results with hiring managers
Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of Qvidian?s compensation policy
Create and foster relationships with colleagues
Additional responsibilities include compensation, benefits and other HR/Generalist related responsibilities
An expert level of knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
Demonstrated leadership qualities in a fast paced environment
Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Possess strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
Proficient with Microsoft Suite
