THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Job Responsibilities: SSA is seeking a results-oriented, dynamic contract recruiter with proven success in sourcing management consulting talent. This contract position will provide Recruiting support on a contract basis through May 2014. The role is focused on developing recruiting strategies and execution for SSA & Company as well as our 3 sister companies. The role is based in Rockefeller Center, NYC and reports to the Vice President of Human Resources.
Creatively source, recruit and onboard management consulting profiles for the company at all levels with some possible international work.
Target of 2 to 3 hires per month.
Manage recruiting costs sourcing talent largely through online posting, resume mining and networking.
Partner closely with the management team in developing the most effective sourcing strategies, with an eye towards top talent.
3-5 years of prior Recruiting experience required with experience at mid-level management, ideally in a top tier professional services firm
Must have proven results self-sourcing candidates through resume mining and networking
Energetic spirit and strong organizational and communication skills a must
Solid business acumen required
Microsoft Office and Recruiting Database experience required
BA Degree required
