Contract Research Analyst-Spanish Speaker Infor Global Solutions, Inc.

Position Overview
Infor is seeking highly motivated, results-oriented professionals who will be part of the new Global Contracts Research and Complex Pricing organization.

This team is part of the newly formed “Deal Desk†global organization. The Deal Desk team is a dynamic organization, chartered with providing mission critical support to field sales in all aspects of the sales process including, but not limited to: contract research, creation of price quotes, business approvals, order requests and training. The Contracts Research and Complex Pricing teams will be responsible for creating a 360 degree view of the customer utilizing multiple research methods, tracking and compiling that data for future reference in a centralized location, and compiling and verifying all complex pricing deals for the sales organization.

The Contract Research Analysts will partner with the field sales, field sales operations and revenue operations teams to provide detailed information regarding relationships, contracts, and all relevant customer related information to the global field sales organization. The Analysts will also be responsible for tracking and compiling future 360 degree customer views for go forward ease of research. The Contract Research Analysts will report to the Contracts Research and Complex Pricing Global Manager and will be sales advocates and partners to internal organizations.

Key responsibilities of the Contract Research Analyst include:

Ø Administer contract research team functions including, but not limited to: contract research, install base research, pricing research, business approvals, contract requests for varying levels of deal size and complexity

Ø Serve as a trusted advisor to field sales on contracts, customer relationships, install base data, and business terms to support the sales effort.

Ø Serve as a primary point of contact aligned with one of Infor's sales global business units to facilitate information flow and visibility into the contract research, customer data, and complex pricing processes.

Ø Collaborate and build proactive, positive relationships with peers, managers, sales operations, shared services, and account teams to ensure consistency within processes, determine best practices, and work efficiently.

Ø Ensure compliance with published sales and business approval policies. Be a sales advocate & partner to internal organizations to understand complex sales issues

Ø Strive to meet or exceed published service level agreements

Ø Assist in the development of metrics that can be used to help identify areas for process improvement, increased speed and efficiency

Ø Track and store all research projects for future research activities

Skills and Experience Requirements:

Ø 3-5 years previous software industry, data management, and/or contract management or administration experience preferred

Ø Fluent in speaking Spanish

Ø Familiarity with software revenue recognition principles (SOP 97-2)

Ø Familiarity with software industry contracts management practices

Ø Strong customer service background

Ø Must be a self-starter, highly analytical, with sound decision-making skills

Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to work well with field sales, field sales operations and finance

Ø Intermediate MS Excel skills required (macros and pivot tables)

Ø Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint, and presentation skills required

Ø Multiple CRM and relational DB experienced helpful

Ø Salesforce.com experience helpful

Ø Bachelor's Degree required
