Job Responsibilities
Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates for technical and cultural fit; build a pipeline of top engineers even if there are no openings; manage multiple candidate channels including recruiting agencies, advertising and other recruiting campaigns; ensure a smooth and positive candidate recruiting experience
Manage and drive the full recruitment process including but not limited to: scheduling phone screens and onsite interviews, greeting candidates, following up with hiring managers for feedback, conducting interview team debriefs and managing the offer process
Post job requisitions internally and externally and help manage ATS to ensure accurate and updated candidate records
Partner with hiring managers to align priorities, understand their job/candidate requirements and to set expectations
Fill requisitions within a reasonable timeframe and update weekly recruiting activity reports
Work with legal on immigration work visa requests
Participate in and help coordinate recruiting events
Recruit for non-technical positions as needed
Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Track record of successfully identifying and qualifying exceptional engineering candidates for a high growth tech company; games industry experience is a plus but not required
3+ years of recruiting experience, especially in a technical area and at all levels; broad knowledge of programming languages, web technologies, software development process and emerging technologies
Exceptional ability to deliver quality results in a very fast paced environment
Working knowledge of the tools of the trade: resume databases, leveraging social networking sites, sourcing tools and spreadsheets, cold calling, and networking
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multi-task, excellent problem solving skills, detail oriented and results oriented
Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and structure
Blend of corporate and agency recruiting preferred
