Contract Technical Recruiter (full-time position onsite and ongoing contract)
You must be incredibly organized, skilled in the full cycle of recruiting activities and capable of handling searches for the Engineering department. Your focus will be on direct recruiting but on occasion you may need to manage external recruiters on select openings. You must be able to:
Drive multiple concurrent searches to meet Xactly?s planned and opportunistic staffing needs.
Build strong alliances with managers and interview teams and guide them through crisp searches.
Creatively source top talent, ferreting out non-jobseekers as well as people in active search.
Extend your network by deputizing and training our employees to network for referrals.
Probe deeply into candidates? backgrounds to determine their fit for the position, ability to execute against our job requirements and thrive within our environment.
Evangelize the company and opportunity to candidates and referral sources.
Negotiate adroitly on the value of the opportunity, not simply the financial package.
Proactively manage candidate relationships and expectations throughout the interview cycle.
Build a strong database and pipeline of candidates and referral sources to expedite future searches.
Continually stay on top of changing requirements that affect our HR and recruiting practices.
Coordinate immigration activities with our outside immigration firm.
Handle every interaction with integrity, diplomacy and professionalism to assure that every candidate, employee and vendor is referenceable.
You will need 7 or more years of experience as a technical recruiter with at least 3 in a fast-paced technology company position, preferably with experience in technical positions in the SaaS market.
You must be intelligent, persuasive, collaborative, tenacious, and a great communicator. You must have high ethical standards, great people instincts, a full understanding of the legal requirements related to hiring, exceptional time management and customer service skills and a strong work ethic. You must have a keen sense of discretion and be able to handle all manner of confidential and sensitive business and employee information.
