We are looking for a Contract-to-Perm Recruiter to support all departments within Mashery. You will work collaboratively with hiring teams throughout the organization to find top talent to add to our team. This is a great opportunity to join a small, fun and energetic recruiting team that likes to win and bring in top talent across all levels.
Manage full life cycle recruiting process for multiple teams in order to support both Mashery and Intel hiring goals as we continue to scale
Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates, review inbound resumes, conduct phone screens, assist with scheduling and extend offers
Work with hiring managers to identify team needs, determine desired skill sets, and create job descriptions
Build strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidates
Guide candidates through the Mashery hiring process in a timely and effective manner
BA degree required
2+ years experience managing the full life cycle of recruiting (agency or in-house)
Demonstrated ability to recruit for all levels of an organization, entry level to VP
Excellent communication, relationship management, and follow-up skills
Ability to multi-task and support various teams in a fast-paced environment and startup culture
Strong understanding and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Jobvite or Taleo preferred
Sales and engineering recruiting experience is a plus!
