Job Profile
Infor is actively recruiting a Contracts Specialist to join our Global Contract Co-ordination team. Reporting to the UK Manager for Global Contract Co-ordination you will responsbile for creating order forms and process through to order entry in an accurate and timely fashion according to Infor policies. Working closely with other teams to ensure that all revenue is booked accurately and timely.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Monitor mailboxes for drafting requests, signed orders and queries.
- Acknowledge requests on a timely basis.
- Turnaround requests for Order Forms on a timely basis; minimum of 24 hours
- Review and interpret Customer Software Contracts.
- Update repository of open tasks with the current status.
- Determine the need for Addendums and route requests to Legal for handling.
- Create Order Forms for the Sales Team.
- Update opportunities with status.
- Route order Contracts to Legal and Rev Rec for approval.
- Review paperwork to ensure required Revenue Recognition and Operational approvals have been received.
- Maintain Contracts Log for all requests and signed contracts.
- Send all orders to Order Entry for staging.
- Ensure all orders are sent for processing to Order Entry at period end, all revenue for received contracts to be recognized.
- Assist other departments with queries.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Other duties, as assigned.
All of the above to be in line with company procedure, and performance standards.
