Position overview:
Bullhorn, Inc., is seeking a Contracts Administrator to handle all contracts administration, drafting and negotiation duties for the Company, including the support and administration of the Company's contract policies and procedures.
The Contracts Administrator will manage the drafting and negotiation of all customer and third party contracts as well as be responsible for maintaining the contract database. This person will also ensure that all requisite approvals of agreements and related documents are received and that documents are properly signed, executed and retained. This position supports the Legal and Finance departments in all contract-related matters.
Responsibilities
Negotiate customer and third party contracts with required support from legal and finance department.
Draft contract amendments and updates to contract forms.
Receive all initial contract form requests and ensure that proper forms are appropriately utilized and distributed.
Maintain the Company's forms database under the supervision of legal counsel and finance.
Verify the accuracy of information submitted throughout the contract review and approval process.
Maintain and administer the Company's online Contracts
Management System (CMS) and archive documents in accordance with applicable policy.
Coordinate and confer with various internal departments on contracts-related projects and initiatives.
Serve as a point-of-contact (POC) to internal sales and finance teams for inquires about the status of contracts in process.
Work with the sales department to prioritize and facilitate timely resolution of client contract issues.
Coordinate resolution of residual contract issues within the Company post contract execution.
Educate Company personnel on appropriate contract process.
Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required. JD or paralegal certificate preferred.
4-6 years of proven contract negotiation and administration experience with a law firm and/or software or SaaS company.
Paralegal experience is also preferred.
Advanced computer literacy.
Proven negotiating techniques and skills.
Solid understanding of software licensing practices including related contractual terms.
Strong attention to detail, highly process-oriented.
Self-motivated, can work autonomously.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels and departments within the Company
