The Contract Administrator will be responsible for the review and administration of the company?s commercial contracts for an assigned region. A qualified candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with individuals in the sales, account management, finance and professional services groups. Building rapport and trust with colleagues in the aforementioned departments is a key to success, along with consistently delivering quality results against deadlines.
Review prospective customer order forms (OF?s) and statements of work (SOW?s) for an assigned sales region, making sure they comply with the company discount approval policy and financial guidelines.
Work to ensure that contractual issues and risks are identified, evaluated, and resolved.
Support review of SOW?s or work authorizations (WA?s) for the professional services (PS) team.
Support review of Master Subscription Agreements, OF?s and renewals for the account management team and their existing customers.
Contribute to the team?s collective contracts clause library.
Create reports for tracking the draft contracts for all prospective customers.
Maintain version control of contracts during the negotiation process.
Update the contracts database with the most current drafts, final versions and executed versions of the contracts.
Manage the contracts execution process for an assigned sales region.
Cross-train and educate sales personnel in an assigned sales region on the contracting process.
Participate in weekly sales pipeline calls for an assigned sales region to assign contract priorities and become the go to person for customer contract knowledge.
A bachelor?s degree and 6-8 years of experience in a contracts administration or sales operations role
Experience in drafting contractual language for a SaaS company
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, including 1) the ability to multi-task, 2) the ability to determine appropriate action and regularly exercise independent judgment within company policies, and 3) the ability to manage deadlines with multiple internal stakeholders at quarter end
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce, Docusign (or equivalent)
